Remedial Wall Buttressing and Stabilising Works
Supporting works to substantial rear garden wall in London, E4. The wall ran the rear of a number of properties along their entire length. The wall had become unstable and had developed a significant lean and had distorted along a substantial section encompassing a number of properties. Remedial works included Party Wall agreements to neighbouring properties. Full propping of wall while works were being undertaken. Digging out and pouring of mass concrete to create solid foundations. Design and construction of sloping brick piers, tied into main brick wall.
